Revealed: The CCS Awards 2017 shortlist

In its 11^th year, the awards programme aims to reflect the exceptional work within the collections and customer service profession, as well as recognise the outstanding achievements of professionals responsible for conduct and compliance.

New categories were added this year - Debt Purchaser of the Year and Transformation Programme of the Year.

Other categories for 2017 include Best Conduct & Compliance Culture, Best Collections Technology, and Best Legal Services/Judicial Provider.

This year’s judging panel will once again include senior professionals from some of Britain’s biggest banks and creditors.

Last year around 400 people celebrated the awards in Manchester, including senior directors within banks, building societies, credit card providers, debt purchasers and advice charities. They were joined by firms from the breadth of the industry - BPO providers, debt collection agencies, law firms and technology providers.

Once again, the awards night follows the Collections, Debt Sale & Purchase Conference (CDSP) during the day at the same venue. The conference is sponsored by Intelligent Environments, Lowell, Arum and Lexis Nexis. Lowell is also sponsoring the CCS Awards.
