This year, the Collections and Customer Service (CCS) Awards will be held alongside the Utilities & Telecoms (U&T) Awards, at the Collections & Vulnerability Summit Annual Dinner.
The annual dinner, which follows the Collections & Vulnerability Summit, marks the culmination of our unique, major gathering of credit and collections professionals, working across the financial services, energy, water, telecoms and public sectors.

Both awards programmes are independently judged. The annual black-tie dinner and ceremony will be held at The Midland Hotel, Manchester on October 16, 2019, providing a forum for unparalleled networking opportunities.
