Shortlists for Collections & Customer Service Awards and Utilities & Telecoms Awards 2019 revealed

This year, the Collections and Customer Service (CCS) Awards will be held alongside the Utilities & Telecoms (U&T) Awards, at the Collections & Vulnerability Summit Annual Dinner.

The annual dinner, which follows the Collections & Vulnerability Summit, marks the culmination of our unique, major gathering of credit and collections professionals, working across the financial services, energy, water, telecoms and public sectors.

On the night, awards will be handed out to:

• Finalists working in financial services or the public sector, who entered the CCS Awards
• Finalists operating in the utilities and telecoms sectors, who entered the U&T Awards

By uniting both awards programmes, Credit Strategy will bring together the widest possible group of credit and collections professionals, across multiple sectors, to showcase those independently judged as best-in-class.

Both awards programmes are independently judged. The annual black-tie dinner and ceremony will be held at The Midland Hotel, Manchester on October 16, 2019, providing a forum for unparalleled networking opportunities.
