Contenders for Collections & Vulnerability Awards revealed

Credit Strategy is pleased to announce those that are to do battle in Manchester at this year’s Collections & Vulnerability Awards.

The Second City’s The Monastery will play host to the ceremony’s debut on 12 November, coming as part of an evolution of the long-storied Vulnerability Awareness Gala. This revamp revitalises a programme steadfast in its mission to recognise best-in-class companies across the financial services, utilities, and telecoms sectors.

The move comes during a period of uncertainty in consumer finance, with savings dwindling and energy prices once again about to rise as we enter the winter months – making nights like this where the industry can gather, share best practice and celebrate the hard work done to support the most vulnerable even more important.

Following an extensive shortlisting process by an internal team at Credit Strategy, the contenders will be presented to a panel of experts made up of some of the UK’s leading figures in the U&T and financial services sectors, including Barclays’ Gary Carney, HSBC’s Faye Byrne, Utilita’s Danielle Duke and Octopus Energy’s Simon Bell.
