Theodora Leonidou

Theodora is the Head of Credit Risk in Handelsbanken. She is responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the Bank’s Credit Risk Management Framework, performing effective oversight of the credit process, developing the Bank’s credit risk management information and driving portfolio insights. She has also been leading the UK Internal Ratings Based (IRB) implementation programme. In previous roles she has led multiple credit risk related projects in financial institutions in the UK and Europe. 

She’s passionate about Gender Equity and she co-leads Handelsbanken’s Gender Employee Resource Group which is a safe space, where colleagues give feedback and support the D&I initiatives and actions in the Bank.
