Ross Chambers

Ross Chambers is a commercially focused senior leader with over two decades of experience in financial services, currently serving as Director of New Business, Marketing and Brand at Billing Finance. In this role, Ross is accountable for driving the company’s commercial performance across the automotive finance sector. He leads a diverse portfolio including internal and field-based sales, the direct-to-consumer strategy, and the full marketing and brand agenda.

A key member of Billing Finance’s senior leadership team since 2021, Ross has helped shape strategy, accelerate growth, and strengthen the company’s presence in a competitive market.

Prior to this, Ross spent over four years at Close Brothers Motor Finance, culminating in the role of Divisional Manager for Motorcycles. He also proudly contributed as an ally to the Women in Motor forum, championing inclusion across the industry. His earlier career was forged at Santander, where he spent over 12 years in leadership roles across retail banking.

Ross is also a passionate advocate for neurodiversity in the workplace, drawing on his own experience of ADHD and his role as a parent to neurodiverse children. He actively promotes inclusive leadership, and the power of diverse thinking to drive better outcomes in business.
