I have a range of skills and expertise from front line customer facing roles through to Chief Operating Officer, Data Protection Officer to Chief Technology Officer. I have a Customer first approach from setting the vision, mission and strategic approach to delivery. I have a vast amount of knowledge and customer insight about the customers a Community Finance business will and should be servicing, especially those who are financially excluded, have digital blockers, pay a poverty premium and have a lack of financial resilience and digital footprint.
