Held immediately after the Household Credit Conference, the awards celebrated a range of companies, from telecoms to energy and water providers.
With 11 awards given out, the night highlighted achievement in an industry which is seldom celebrated for its vital work and contribution to the country’s economy.
Big winners on the evening included Three’s Daniel Sheppard, who took home the inaugural Household 75 Industry Recognition Award and Power NI’s Nikki Rollins, who was named Agent of the Year – Vulnerable Customers.
The Utilities & Telecoms Awards also recognised the achievements of teams and companies more widely, with Power NI’s collections team collecting the Energy Team of the Year gong, sponsored by Court Enforcement Services.
The Telecoms and Home Media Team of the Year award was won by Virgin Media Business’ SME in-life billing and collections team, while Best Outsourced Call Centre Operation went to Orbit Debt Collections.
Guests were also entertained by comedian and former banker Eshaan Akbar, who also presented the awards.
Credit Strategy would like to thank all the awards sponsors – Impulse Decisions, Court Enforcement Service, CRS and Telrock.
