Credit Strategy is pleased to announce the return of the Collections, Debt Sale & Purchase (CDSP) Conference and the release of the agenda.
Returning for its 18th year on November 21, the conference will be attended by a range of delegates, including chief executives of debt buyers and collection agencies, partners at debt recovery law firms and those heading up the collections and recoveries divisions within lenders.
This year the conference focuses on best practice in collections strategy and debt sale with key sessions on changing perceptions within the industry, strategies post Brexit, the lifecyle of debt in 2018 and case studies from experienced industry professionals.

A private networking tool will also be available to use on the day, where delegates can see who is attending the event and set up 1-2-1 meetings.
In the evening after the conference, the Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards will return for its 12th year and entries are now open.
