Credit Strategy Membership FAQ

1. How do I become a Member?

There are two membership types: Standard and Premium. To become a Standard member, you can register for free. You can purchase a Premium membership at an introductory promo for £199.

  • Purchase Premium Membership online via credit or debit card, alternatively you can request an invoice.
  • Call us on 020 7940 4838. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30.

You will become a Premium Member once your payment has been processed.

2. What does the Standard Membership include?

  • Appointments
  • Selected opinions
  • Marketplace listing
  • Events information

3. What does the Premium Membership include?

The Premium membership benefits include:

  • Credit 500 survey results
  • Print magazine
  • Digital magazine archive
  • CS Interviews
  • Exclusive opinions including:
    • The Editor’s View
    • The Fifth Estate
  • Bank NPL Analysis
  • Features
  • Exclusive event invitations
  • The Knowledge Hub

4. How much does a Premium membership cost?

Premium membership to The Credit Club costs £299 excluding VAT. We are currently running an introductory promo for £199.

5. I have just joined as a Premium Member and want digital access today. Is the Membership valid straightaway?

Membership is valid from the moment you buy it and you can use it straightaway. However, your print magazine will arrive the month after you join. For example, if you sign up in February, you will receive the March issue as your first print magazine as part of your membership. Although, you can still access all the digital features including the digital edition of the magazine, online as soon as you become a Premium Member.

6. Do you have Corporate plans available?

Yes, we have corporate plans available if you would like to purchase five or more Premium memberships. If you would like to enquire about Corporate Premium membership you can do so online here or you can call our membership team on 020 7940 4838.

7. Is there a limit to the number of Corporate Premium memberships we can purchase?

There is no limit. Please complete the online enquiry form here or call us on 020 7940 4838 to discuss your Corporate Premium membership requirements.

8. Can our Corporate Premium membership span across multiple offices?

Yes, it can. Call us on 020 7940 4838 or email us on membership@creditstrategy.co.uk and we can help set this up for you.

9. I’m a member of the Credit 500 how do I claim my Premium membership benefits?

You have automatically been granted access as a Premium member and can utilise all the benefits by logging into your account using your email address. If have any queries please call us on 020 7940 4838 or email us on membership@creditstrategy.co.uk
