Court Enforcement Services said the move strengthens its offering within the high court enforcement and commercial rent arrears recovery sectors.

Phoenix clients will have access to Court Enforcement Services’ enhanced IT and extensive coverage throughout England and Wales.

Paul Caddy, managing director of Phoenix, said: “I am excited to be joining up with Court Enforcement Services. Phoenix clients value our attention to detail and they will now have the added support of an established national High Court business which has a similar ethos. I am confident that the transfer of Phoenix’s collections service to Court Enforcement Services will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the service to judgment creditors.”

Daren Simcox, managing director at Court Enforcement Services, said: “Court Enforcement Services and Phoenix have built their businesses on similar values of individual client attention and performance. I am therefore delighted to welcome Paul Caddy and Phoenix into our group.”
