As a leader for Women in Tech, I am working to address the gender gap in technology both in the UK and globally across my organisation, inspiring more women to move into technical careers.

As a member of the Women in Credit Steering Committee, I am working to share best practice across the credit industry, striving for equity throughout.

I lead my team with positivity and openness, ensuring successful outcomes while maintaining focus on their well-being and work/life balance.

As a result, we have consistently achieved all of our team objectives and scored over 90% for engagement and trust in the Great Places to Work survey.
