James Jones is Experian’s Head of Consumer Affairs and leads the company’s public education programme, guiding people on subjects such as credit reporting, credit scoring and identity fraud. James regularly appears on TV & radio and in print & online media, represents Experian on several cross-industry forums, and is a director of MALG, the Money Advice Liaison Group. Born in Nottingham, James began his career at Experian in the late 1980s while a student and then joined the company on a permanent basis in 1992 after graduating from university.
