Entries for Lending Awards open for 2025

Credit Strategy is pleased to announce the return of the prestigious Lending Awards for its eighth year.

Join us on 26 November at the Hilton London Bankside, where the lending industry will gather to celebrate excellence across the sector. Breaking with tradition, this year’s ceremony will take place during the day – a significant and exciting change to the format!

The festivities begin with a glamorous drinks reception at 12:30pm, followed by a three-course lunch, with the awards ceremony kicking off at 3pm.

Don’t rush off afterward – with the day also playing host to an exclusive after-party. Stay tuned for more details!

Also breaking with tradition is the dress code, with the fashion for the day being "daytime glam" – giving you a perfect opportunity to shine while networking with industry leaders.

With 32 categories available, the competition offers something for everyone. Exciting new additions this year include:

  • Best AI & Machine Learning Implementation
  • Best Financial Inclusion Initiative
  • Best Open Banking Adoption

These join established categories that have seen strong competition over the years: Best Consumer Credit Card Provider, Best Commercial Finance Broker, Customer Service Excellence, and Business Leader of the Year.

A distinguished panel of industry experts will evaluate submissions, representing the full spectrum of lending sectors. The panel includes Novuna’s Head of Risk Andrew Woodhouse, Chase Bank’s Executive Director of SME Credit Strategy Justin Reid, and Gen H’s Chief Commercial Officer Peter Dockar.

Early bird entries close on 13 June, with final submissions accepted until 1 August.
