Chris Leslie joined the Credit Services Association as Chief Executive in August 2020, having formerly served as MP for Nottingham East since 2010 and for Shipley from 1997 to 2005. He was a Minister overseeing courts, local government and the Cabinet Office – and in opposition was shadow City Minister and then Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer in 2015. He was Director at New Local Government Network from 2005 – 2010.
