Abby is Head of Klarna Financial Services UK, where she drives the strategic growth of Klarna’s credit and payments offerings across the UK. She has spearheaded Klarna’s regulatory authorisations to provide regulated credit and payment services. Furthermore, has advocated strongly for BNPL regulation driving up standards to protect consumers. She has extensive experience within retail banking, credit risk and analytics through a range of organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Close Brothers and Experian.
