Sanders and Eason will lead the administration process of both Inspired Asset Management and Inspired Developments (London), starting with a review of the two companies’ potential assets of £100m.

Following the completion of this assessment, the administrators will be writing to all known creditors and clients who may be owed money.

“This written communication will contain information on the latest financial position of the companies and will outline the next steps of the process,” the firm said.

Inspired specialises in converting existing buildings into micro apartments.
