Following opening sessions in the plenary, which include the annual update from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and an economic overview, delegates in the U&T Conference will hear from Jade Kirk, head of vulnerability at Robin Hood Energy, on challenges in identifying vulnerability in 2020 and determining affordability.
After this month’s U&T Conference at the inaugural Collections & Vulnerability Summit, the theme will continue with a session delivered by Rachel Ryan-Crisp. Southern Water’s vulnerability lead & customer service manager will explore customer service, complaint management and how it intersects with brand reputation.
Sessions will also be given by Rebecca Dib-Simkin, marketing director at Octopus Energy on digitalising the customer journey experience, followed later on by an opportunity for stakeholders to hear what the future regulatory landscape will be with a regulators’ panel.
