Joanne Davis

Jo has over 20 years’ experience at a senior level and co-founded Auxillias, a legal and compliance firm that specialises exclusively within the consumer, motor, asset finance and leasing sectors, in 2020.  She provides financial services advice (non-contentious and contentious) across a wide range of finance products and helps build online finance platforms for the broker and the lending market.     In the 2023 edition of Chambers UK, Jo is ranked nationally as a leading consumer credit lawyer in the Consumer Finance category and is described as having “a deep sector knowledge, network and awareness that is invaluable.” And that: “… her ability to help us translate and navigate the regulatory and legal landscape has been pivotal."    Jo sits on the Leasing Foundation and the CCTA boards as well as being a board advisor to two fintechs.
