CAN I ACCESS TO THE AGENDA?

To access the agenda, check the event website > agenda tab. Please be aware that the agenda is ever changing with alterations or additions and in order to have the most current version prior to departure our agenda can be found on the relevant conference site. Here you are also able to download the agenda in a printable format by clicking the green printer icon in the top right hand corner of the screen next to the username/sign out section.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The dress code is strictly black tie.


ARE ENTRY FORMS AND THE INFORMATION PROVIDED KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?

All materials will remain confidential to the judges who are all under NDA. Winning case studies may be used in post-event materials to promote best practice but permission will be sought from entrants before publishing.


CAN WE GET FEEDBACK IF WE ARE UNSUCCESSFUL?

The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into after the judging. Due to the number of entries and the confidential process we are unfortunately unable to give feedback on to why an entry has not been included on the shortlist or didn’t win.


WHAT SUPPORTING MATERIAL CAN I SUBMIT?

For every category you can supply up to two A4 pages of supporting documentation. Please ensure you keep to these guidelines as anything else will be disregarded by the judges. Judges particularly like to see third party validation of any claims made within the entry.


CAN I REGISTER DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Dietary requirements can be added when registering attendees

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY?

Photographs and/or footage will be taken throughout the event. These may be used by Credit Strategy for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication. Please contact our events team if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.


WILL THE PRESENTATIONS BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW AFTER THE SHOW?

Only people who fill in the delagate survey post event are available to view the presentations after the show.


DO I QUALIFY FOR A MEMBER DISCOUNT AND HOW DOES THIS WORK?

If your organisation is a member of the National Housing Federation, you are entitled to discounted rates for conferences and publications.

HOW DO I CANCEL, GET A REFUND OR MAKE AMENDMENTS TO MY BOOKING?

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?

A refund is applicable if you cancel within 30 days prior to the event.


CAN WE SUBMIT MULTIPLE ENTRIES?

Multiple entries may be submitted. You may enter as many different categories as you are eligible for and there is no limit on the number of entries you may submit per category.


HOW DO I ENTER?

Entries must be submitted online. Full details of how to submit your entry can be found on the enter page.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE AN ENTRY FORM?

Please allow sufficient time to complete your entry before the closing date. It should not take longer than a couple of hours to complete the form, however we would recommend that to ensure your entry is as strong as possible, the more time spent on preparation the better. You can save your entry and come back and update it online, so you do not need to submit it until you are happy with it. This year you can also email the entry to yourself or colleagues that may wish to add to the entry.


HOW TO ASSIGN CONTACTS AND WHEN?

Login via the Credit Strategy website by your username and password. Please assign your contacts at least one month prior to the event.

If you have received an email confirming your event booking, the place is confirmed. If at any point you are unsure, please call our event team at 020 7940 4845 and we will double check.


I WORK FOR A CHARITY/ NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION, CAN I RECEIVE A DISCOUNT ON MY TICKET?
