Who should enter?
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and innovation in climate action that has enabled significant emissions reductions and progress towards net-zero for their organization.
Who should enter?
Applications are invited from the industry for individuals who have responsibility to lead a debt recovery team and ensure a high quality, business focused, efficient and cost-effective service. These efforts will maximise the amounts recovered for the organisation’s clients, while providing an excellent service and actively building client relationships (Director of Collections or Head of Collections & Recoveries), or who have overall responsibility for managing credit and collection portfolio, (Senior Manager – Collections, Collections Strategy Manager, or Collections Manager).
Who should enter?
Individuals who have responsibility to provide reasonable assurance to senior management and the board that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place. The individuals will also ensure that policies are well understood and respected by all employees, and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements (Chief Compliance Officer or Compliance Director). The winner will also have overall responsibility to maintain compliance within the organisation, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures (Head of Compliance, Senior Compliance Manager or Compliance Manager).
Who should enter?
Data professionals who have responsibility to oversee the collection, management, and storage of data across an organization (Chief Data Officer). Other individuals that should consider entering will have overall responsibility to analyse and derive insights from data to inform business strategy and value(Head of Data or Senior Data Manager).
Who should enter?
Individuals who have responsibility to manage all facets of fraud detection and prevention for the business and to develop safety procedures which ensure minimal risk of fraud (Fraud Director, Head of Fraud Risk, Head of Fraud Prevention/Strategy or Head of Fraud Operations, Head of Cyber Security), or who have overall responsibility for developing and implementing action plans for detecting fraudulent activities in the organisation (Senior Fraud Investigation Manager/ Officer or Fraud Manager).
Who should enter?
Marketing professionals who have responsibility for developing and overseeing the marketing strategy of the business in order to grow a customer base and optimise sales and profits (Chief Marketing Officer or Marketing Director). Others who should consider entering are individuals who have overall responsibility for managing the promotion and positioning of the business and its products and services, (Head of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager).
Who should enter?
Operations professionals who have responsibility to provide leadership and strategic vision to the organisation which will effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees (Chief Operating Officer or Operations Director), or who have overall responsibility of designing policies that align with the overall strategy of the organisation(Head of Operations or Senior Operations Manager).
Who should enter?
Individuals who have ultimate responsibility for strategical risk decisions across all common risk exposure: strategic, reputational, operational, financial, credit, capital risk and compliance-related (Chief Risk Officer or Chief Credit Officer). Others who should consider entering are individuals who have overall responsibility for managing credit risk in the loan portfolio, (Director of Credit Risk, Head of Credit Risk (secured or unsecured) or Credit Risk Manager).

Applications are invited from individuals who have P&L responsibility in an alternative/ consumer credit finance business (i.e. C-Suite, MD, Head of).

Applications are invited from individuals who have P&L responsibility in a car finance broker (i.e. C-Suite, MD, Head of).

All consumer lenders as defined by a range of trade associations, e.g. BSA or UK Finance Association (CML) or fit the commonly held definitions of those corporate entities. They should not be under active investigation for potential breach of any regulation or law.
