Join this session to discuss key themes in a private forum with 6-10 peers from across the credit industry.

Neurodivergent employees bring valuable perspectives and talents to financial organisations. However, traditional workplace environments often create unintentional barriers that prevent these individuals from fully contributing their skills and advancing in their careers.

This roundtable aims to identify actionable strategies for financial institutions to build truly inclusive environments where neurodivergent talent can thrive. By examining best practices, sharing implementation challenges, and collaborating on solutions, participants will develop practical frameworks that benefit both neurodivergent employees and businesses as a whole.

We will explore:

  • What practical steps can firms take to create accessible work environments for neurodivergent employees?
  • How can management adapt communication styles and workspaces to support different cognitive processing needs?
  • What metrics can organisations use to measure inclusion effectiveness for neurodivergent staff?
  • How can the industry collaborate with advocacy groups, technology providers, and regulators to strengthen workplace inclusion?
