The FCA’s recent Vulnerability Review sets out that firms are not sufficiently embedding customers’ needs into product and service design.
In this interactive session, we’ll explore what it means to design products and services with, not for, customers with characteristics of vulnerability. What distinguishes a truly inclusive approach from one that just ticks boxes?
We’ll explore the FCA’s insights on poor design, such as inconsistent staff responses or a lack of joined-up systems, and share examples of what’s working well in firms.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their biggest design frustrations and honest questions. You’ll leave with new ways to challenge assumptions and spark meaningful change in your own organisation.
This one-off session will not be recorded — your chance for a frank, future-focused conversation you won’t find anywhere else.
Watch this space as we will soon announce all the experts that will be part of our exclusive panel!
