The CRO Leaders Network: Inaugural Roundtable

CRO Club Roundtables – An exclusive Credit Strategy series for current and aspiring Chief Risk Officers, tackling the biggest challenges in credit, compliance, and financial crime. Join peers to share insights, explore real-world case studies, and shape the UK’s first cross-industry CRO intelligence network.

The CRO Leaders Network is an invitation-only forum bringing together Chief Risk Officers and senior risk leaders from across the UK credit and financial services sector. The Leaders Network exists to create a trusted space for strategic, CRO-level collaboration, enabling peers to share insight, benchmark approaches, and collectively address shared challenges.

Hosted by Credit Strategy, the inaugural CRO Leaders Network roundtable marks the launch of this new strategic peer group and will focus on high-level discussion around the most pressing risk and credit challenges facing the industry today. 

This session is delivered in partnership with C&R Software and is designed to be:

• Peer-led and discussion-driven
• Strategic rather than tactical
• Focused on shared challenges and practical insight

A detailed agenda will be shared with confirmed participants at least two weeks prior to the session.

Benchmarking and outputs

Ahead of the roundtable, participants will be invited to complete the first quarterly CRO Leaders Network benchmark survey, providing valuable insight into current priorities and pressures across the market.

Following the session, all members of the CRO Leaders Network will receive:

• Key discussion outputs and themes
• Results from the benchmark survey

These insights will help shape future sessions and provide ongoing value beyond the day itself.
