GETTING STARTED
Login or register for free to view the category criteria, what the judges are looking for and to start your entries. From there you can enter as many categories you wish and can edit and return to your entries as many times as you like before the final deadline.

 

IMPORTANT DATES & INFORMATION

An admin fee is applied for each entry submission.

A standard entry fee of £150 will be applied until 26 February 2021.

The entry fee will rise to £250 until 30 April 2021.

A final entry fee of £300 will apply until the final deadline on 14 May 2021.


CONFIDENTIALITY
All materials will remain confidential to the judges. Winning case studies may be used in post-event materials to promote best practice but permission will be sought from entrants before publishing.

Advocate of the Year

An award that seeks to highlight a woman who has sought to champion, in any capacity, the needs of women in her workplace or more widely within the industry.

Business Leader of the Year

An award for a woman who has shown outstanding, board level leadership - encompassing strategic, process, communication skills and evidenced by results in the firm she works for.

Colleague of the Year

An award for an individual - woman or man - who has helped one or more individuals in the organisation they work for.

Employer of the Year

An award for the firm that demonstrates an outstanding commitment to the welfare of women in their workplace.

Entrepreneur of the Year

An award for a female pioneer in any area within the credit sector, or serving it, who has successfully brought something new to the market.

Innovator of the Year

An award for a woman who has demonstrated achievements that have brought something new – such as a change in process, strategy or technology - to the organisation she works for.

 

Lifetime Achievement Award

An award for an individual who has made a significant impact in her career and will leave a lasting legacy, whether in her own firm or in the wider industry, from work that goes beyond the call of duty.

Mentor of the Year

An award for an individual - woman or man - who has worked to develop the potential of female mentees which has had a major impact on career development and personal growth of their charges.

Outstanding Returner

An award for an individual of any gender who has been through the challenges of returning back to work during and after parental leave.

Rising Star of the Year

An award for a woman who has worked for less than five years in the industry who has made a significant impact in her organisation in a short period of time.

Team Leader of the Year

An award for a woman who has shown exceptional ability leading a functional team of any size with outstanding results – financial or otherwise - for the firm she works for.

Team Player of the Year

An award for an individual who has made a special contribution to the team they work in which has had an impact on the team and/or wider organisation.

Transformation of the Year

An award is for a woman who has led a change for the firm she works for that has significantly bettered how the business previously operated.

Vulnerability Leader of the Year

An award for a woman who has led either an initiative, set of initiatives, programmes, policy or process changes, a team or set of teams, with a specific focus on supporting vulnerable customers.

Woman of the Year

An award for a woman who doesn’t necessarily fit any of the other categories but who has served as a role model for other woman in both her own firm and / or the wider industry or her community.
