Ordering IT and AV equipment for your stand
Should you require any audio visual or IT equipment for your stand please contact our Events Team.
Please proceed to the registration area by the Bankside Balcony to collect your badge.
If you’ve sent us your details to be printed on the badge before 08 November they will be pre-printed and ready to collect on the morning of the event. If this deadline is not met, the badges will need to be made in the morning of the event. N.B: Please be advised that this may involve a long delay at the desk as preference will be given to delegates collecting their badges on the day of the event.
We have partnered with Hilton Hotels to arrange a corporate rate at a number of hotels in London.

All items need to be collected after the event finishes from the loading bay on Bear Lane by your nominated courier.
The hotel will be able to store your items until the next day of the event for your courier to collected from the loading bay.
General security will be provided by Hilton London Bankside, however, they will not be responsible for exhibitor’s equipment and or materials if lost or damaged.
If you have any issues regarding deliveries or items for use on your stand, please contact the Event Manager – you can find details at the bottom of the page.
Exhibitors are responsible for the clearance of their own rubbish and other waste materials from the building both during and at the close of the event.

Fire Exit information
◦There are three fire exits at the rear end, three at the front end and two exits on the right-hand side of the Bankside ballroom.
◦At the foyer level, there are two fire exits on the right and one the left (when facing towards the bankside ballroom)
◦In the meeting room area, there is one fire exit that leads to the main hotel lobby and near the toilets.
◦ On hearing the fire alarm please make your way to the nearest fire exit.
◦ Assembly point is in front of the Hotel where guests will receive direction from Fire Marshall
◦ Please do not stop to collect your belongings
◦ Do not use lifts

Exhibitors are liable for the safety and security of their own property. Exhibitors must arrange their own insurance against these contingencies and public liability. While every reasonable precaution is taken, the organisers expressly decline responsibility for any loss or damage which may befall the person or property of the exhibitor from any cause whatsoever. We therefore recommend you take out an insurance policy for the event.
Spread the word that you’re exhibiting by using the branded artwork on social media, on your website and email signature.
Make sure you link your exhibitor logo to the website, this way they can view your profile too!
