Tim leads an award winning vulnerability programme. His approach focuses on vulnerability being a majority not a minority issue, never too far removed from our own direct experiences. He has recently made public the Capital One approach to Vulnerable Inclusive design to promote greater sharing across the industry and beyond on what can be a complex and challenging topic.
