Join this session to discuss key themes in a private forum with 6-10 peers from across the credit industry.

Led by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), this session will explore the latest trends in credit complaints, including areas where volumes are rising or falling and the factors driving those changes. We will discuss examples of good practice, emerging differences in approach between firms and the FOS, and how these are being resolved.

The session will also look ahead to the expected impact of buy now, pay later regulation from July, alongside other near-term issues firms should be considering, such as economic pressures and the use of AI in complaints handling.
