Nick specialises in corporate recovery and restructuring and has extensive experience in conducting both financial and strategic business reviews. His clients benefit from his advice to key stakeholders and companies in turnaround, restructuring, and recovery situations both in the United Kingdom and abroad. Nick is regularly engaged to coordinate the interests of different stakeholder groups in distressed situations, achieving going-concern sales in both solvent and insolvent scenarios. Previously, he was in PwC’s recovery practice and a secondee as part of HSBC’s restructuring team. Nick has a Bachelor of Science with honours from the University of Dundee and is a Chartered Accountant and a UK licensed insolvency practitioner.
