Credit Strategy is pleased to announce that the U&T Awards entry deadline has been extended to 29 June 2018 to make up for the busy period in the utilities and telecoms sector.
The awards, now in its eighth year, celebrates and honours the achievements of professionals working in credit and collections across the energy, water and telecoms and home media industries.
You now have more time to enter categories for free and benefit from entering some of the new categories introduced to ensure that specific teams working for an energy, water or telecoms provider can enter a category more directly relevant to them. New categories include Agent of the Year – Vulnerable Customers and Customer Service, Best Outsourced Call Centre Operation, and more.
After the free entry deadline, entries will cost £200 with the final deadline being 6 July 2018.

This year the awards take place at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel on September 19.
The U&T Awards will take place the evening of the Household Credit Conference. Gathering water, energy and telecoms professionals in credit, risk, collections and compliance, the conference returns for its ninth year.
