The Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards, which returns for its 12th year on November 21, are now open for entries.
Returning to the Midland Hotel in Manchester, the CCS Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of industry professionals and champion exceptional and critical work within collections and customer service.
Each year the awards are independently judged and culminate in a prestigious black tie dinner and ceremony, providing an excellent forum for celebrating success and unparalleled networking opportunities.
Categories reflect the widening remit of the profession covering everything from collections, conduct and compliance to debt, vulnerable customers and customer service. These include, Best Customer Service Provider, Best Debt Seller and Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative.
To enter, simply write a 500-word nomination and submit it by clicking here. The deadline for submissions is September 21, with free entries closing on September 14.
The Collections, Debt Sale & Purchase (CDSP) Conference, will take place the day of the CCS Awards. Focusing on best practice in collections strategy and debt sale, the conference returns for its 18th year and will provide a great opportunity to network with industry peers.
