The Women in Credit Awards champion the work of a range of incredible women across the entire credit and financial services industry. After sell-out events in previous years, the awards return for a third year to support and recognise achievements among inspirational women in the profession.

Addressing gender issues is vital for a thriving profession and the Women in Credit brand highlights and encourages more debate on these issues. From board representation, diversity policies, gender pay, returning to work, as well as differences in leadership styles, we believe there is a place for a platform to highlight and discuss these matters.

As such, we are asking our readers to take a very short, multiple choice survey to help us further understand the current diversity issues within the industry. If you could spend two minutes to complete the below survey it would be very much appreciated.

The results will be used to inform our editorial content. Take the survey here.

Finally, Credit Strategy is delighted to confirm that comedian Suzi Ruffell will be hosting the Women in Credit Awards 2020.

Her innovative style captivates audiences with her engrossing tales of social ineptitude. Lauded as ‘a real stand up gem’ by The Guardian, this young, independent woman celebrates her working class roots with a sideways look at the world.

Regarded as one of best up-and-coming acts, she was nominated for the Best Breakthrough Act at The Chortle Awards. Fast establishing herself on the live circuit, Ruffell has shared the stage with Alan Carr, Josh Widdicombe, Kevin Bridges and Romesh Ranganathan.
