Lowell and Credit Strategy launch collections and vulnerability survey

Credit services provider Lowell and Credit Strategy have teamed up to undertake research looking at collections & recoveries strategies, debt sale strategies, vulnerable customer management and customer-centricity.

The results will inform future content both editorially and in events, providing a greater understanding of which technologies are being harnessed, the areas in which they are being used, and how they can be improved.

 

As well as receiving a copy the survey findings, each respondent will be entered into the prize draw for chance to win two passes to the Collections and Vulnerability Summit 2019, featuring the U&T and CDSP conferences.
