Has your organisation moved with the times or remained stubbornly set in its ways? Credit Strategy is undertaking a survey to discover how firms across the credit space are setting the tone both internally and more widely.
Up to 10 free Credit Summit passes are available to survey participants – which will elicit views from CEOs, CROs and other executives across the industry.
Some of the themes and challenges around setting a company’s culture will be explored at the Credit Summit on March 19, where Amigo Loans’ outgoing chief executive Hamish Paton and Susan Tew, global diversity and inclusion manager at Standard Chartered, are among the speakers.
In the meantime, we’re seeking to establish the extent to which executives in the credit and financial services space have a clearly defined culture, how they monitor it and how many of their own staff can actually define it.

Aggregated results will form the basis of reports on the progress the credit industry has made and has still to make.
