The Lending Awards 2018, incorporating the F5 and Commercial Finance Awards, returns for its third year on 6 November at the Hilton London Bankside hotel.

The awards, a natural evolution of the Commercial and Alternative Finance awards, recognise, honour and celebrate the hard work and best practice across the spectrum of the lending market.


Recognising exceptional talent over the last two years, the Lending Awards present a great chance to showcase the hard work and achievements of organisations, teams and individuals over the previous twelve months – entries for nominations are now open.


Categories reflect the widening remit of the profession covering everything from mortgage and commercial lending to alternative finance. These include, Best Mainstream Mortgage Lender, Alternative Consumer Lender of the year, Best Support for SMEs and the Innovation Award.


Best Commercial Lender, Alternative SME Lender of the Year, Best Specialist Mortgage Lender, Best Online Commercial Lender and Best Mainstream Lender.


To enter, write a 500-word nomination and submit it by clicking here. The deadline to submit entries is 7 September.


The Lending Summit takes place the day of the awards, uniting the commercial lending, mortgage lending and alternative finance conferences, the summit returns for its third year.


The Summit gathers senior professionals and advisors in the consumer, commercial and corporate lending spaces.
