The Collections & Vulnerability Summit and Vulnerability Awareness Gala have been moved from October 6 to November 24.
Senior Journalist covering the Credit Strategy, TRI News and Reward Strategy brands.
After serious consideration, Credit Strategy has decided to change the date of the summit, featuring the CDSP Conference sponsored by Lantern and the U&T Conference sponsored by Just, as well as the associated awards.
The Vulnerability Awareness Gala, uniting both the Collections & Customer Service Awards and Utilities & Telecoms Awards, sponsored by Just, will also take place on November 24.
Both events will remain in Manchester, but will move from The Point to the original home of the events - the Midland Hotel.
The date has been moved to better serve the number of speakers, supporters and attendees who still had Covid travel bans in place. By changing the date to November 24, we can be as inclusive as possible and ensure the industry feels as safe as possible at one of the first in-person events for more than 18 months.
Thank you to all of our partners at these events: Lantern, Just, Arvato, Qualco, FICO and Phillips & Cohen, as well as our sustainability partner, Alphera Financial Services and our supporter, StepChange Debt Charity.
