Credit Strategy is pleased to announce that the full agenda of the Collections, Debt Sale & Purchase (CDSP) Conference has been revealed.
Returning for its 18th year, the conference is the forum for gauging excellence in collection practice and deleveraging opportunities.
The day starts with a session on changing perceptions of the industry and will cover approaches on working with the FCA and government, developing a more holistic approach to industry practices, building a more accurate picture of the customer, training and empowering front line staff for customer assessment.
Sessions of particular interest include talks on Open Banking for collections, debt sale opportunities for 2019 and best of the best award-winning vulnerability culture.
Notable speakers include David Poole, chief risk officer, Brighthouse; Stephen Bint, head of collections, Permanent TSB; Richard Kernick, head of risk strategy, Santander Consumer Finance and Stuart Sykes, director of operations, Castle Trust.
The Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards returns for its 12th year on the evening of the conference - entries are now open.
