Cowes Week is one of the UK’s longest running sporting events and is a fixture of the British sporting summer. It has been held in early August every year since 1826, except during the two world wars. This year’s headline sponsor was peer-to-peer loans provider Lendy.

Credit Strategy’s managing director Luke Broadhurst and commercial director Ben Miller were part of the Lendy team boat that claimed third position in Wednesday’s contest and followed a return route from the Isle of Wight to the Solent.

Credit Strategy managing director Luke Broadhurst said: “Racing at Cowes Week is exhilarating as well as a perfect example of team work. We at Credit Strategy were delighted to be involved with Lendy Cowes Week and thank all those involved especially our boat Skipper Chris and Lendy CEO Liam Brooke.”

The Lending Summit is the UK’s only full credit cycle event for alternative finance, commercial finance and mortgage lending and will be held on November 8, 2018, at the Hilton London Bankside hotel. Visit the Lending Summit website for more information and to book tickets.
