Following its highly successful launch in March 2017, Credit Week will once again bring European credit and financial services professionals to Westminster for a week of conferences, meetings and networking events.

This year, Credit Week is even bigger with more events to get involved with meaning there is always something for everyone. From guest speakers and bespoke workshops to dinners and awards ceremonies, Credit Week is the must attend event in 2019.

At the heart of Credit Week is the Credit Summit, this year sponsored by Experian – the UK’s biggest credit conference – celebrating its 11th year. Within the Credit Summit, the CICM will host a Trade Credit Conference.

The conference includes discussions examining the credit management lifecycle, perspectives on building an effective credit management team and regulatory updates.

The conference will be chaired by Philip King, chief executive of CICM.

Luke Broadhurst, chief executive of Credit Strategy, commented: “The best partnerships strengthen over time and that of Credit Strategy and the CICM is a perfect example of this. Together we simply cannot wait for Credit Week 2019 and if you want to be involved too, don’t hang about, this is the largest and fastest growing event of its kind in Europe.”

Philip King, chief executive of the CICM, stated: “The CICM is delighted to be working with Credit Strategy again in delivering Credit Week 2019. The series of events in the week brings together leading consumer and commercial credit professionals from Europe and beyond, and provides a great opportunity for networking, learning and sharing of best practice.

"All of these are fundamental to the objectives of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and this is a great example of a professional body working with a commercial organisation for the benefit of the credit community.”

The CICM Trade Credit Conference, part of the Credit Summit, will take place at the QEII Centre in Westminster on March 21, 2019. You can see our agenda and speakers here.
