Credit Strategy is today launching a survey to discover the strategic priorities of asset and auto finance for the year ahead.
The survey will ascertain where internal resources and investment is being emphasised, from digital transformations to customer onboarding. The findings will also show where the sales growth has been happening so far in 2021.
Crucially, the survey will reveal how and where changes are being made to improve the digital journey for customers, and whether or not budgets for digital transformations have changed over the course of the pandemic.
