George is a British Nigerian Lawyer and a well-rounded entrepreneur within the Fintech space. He is a confident communicator with proven leadership skills across a range of financial services - such as GE Money Bank, Eversheds LLP, Ventura (now Capita), HML (now Computershare Technology Services) and Loans 2 Go Limited.  George has extensive exposure to commercial/contract law, regulatory law, consumer finance, mortgages, credit cards, payment services technology, FCA, and a powerful network of industry peers.   George qualified as a Barrister of England and Wales in 2010 and in 2013 he also qualified to practice as a Solicitor of England and Wales. In 2020 he attained a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Saïd Business School at the prestigious University of Oxford.   He is a high academic achiever with the capacity to learn fast, grasp complex issues and adapt as needed, underpinned by experience working within varied challenging roles.   His track record of career progression is founded on the ability to build relationship with people, taking responsibility, identifying solutions, and then delivering results. George is the co-founder and Chairperson of Ethica Resolve Limited and the founder of MIM Finance Company Limited (a Central Bank of Nigeria licenced finance firm that is working towards helping solve the problem of access to finance in Africa). George is happily married with four beautiful daughters.
