The wait is over as the shortlist for the 2025 Lending Awards is revealed, celebrating the standout individuals, teams and businesses driving innovation and excellence across the lending industry.

A new format for 2025

Returning on 26 November at the Hilton London Bankside, this year’s ceremony promises to be the most exciting yet. For the first time, the event will take place during the day, featuring a drinks reception, three-course lunch and awards ceremony followed by an exclusive after-party.

Recognising excellence across lending

The Lending Awards remain the only programme dedicated to Alternative Lending, Commercial Finance and the Mortgage sectors, recognising outstanding achievement, leadership and responsible lending across the market.

This year’s finalists represent the very best of the industry, from innovative fintechs and challenger banks to established providers and rising stars.

New categories for an evolving industry

Among the 19 categories are new additions reflecting the evolution of the sector, including Best Financial Inclusion Initiative.

It joins long-standing favourites such as Customer Service Excellence and Business Leader of the Year.

A distinguished judging panel of industry experts has reviewed an exceptional range of entries, including representatives from Novuna, Chase Bank, and Gen H, ensuring a rigorous and fair evaluation process.

The full shortlist and opportunity to book your place at the awards can be found here.

The ceremony on 26 November revealing the winners will be a celebration of creativity, progress, and performance across the UK lending market.
