What was your journey to your role today, would you say it’s been a typical career path?

I’ve progressed through Sales and Consultancy roles with service providers, supporting Financial Services, Telecoms, Utilities, and Government clients.

If you weren’t working in credit and financial services, what would you be doing?

Running a bar somewhere sunny

What is something that not many people know about you?

I have a BA (Hons) in Jazz, Contemporary and Pop music. The skills of improvisation, listening, and collaboration translate surprisingly well to sales and consultancy!!

What is the most significant challenge facing the credit/financial services industry today?

Balancing technological innovation with the human touch, treating customers as individuals with unique needs, not just data points.

Which session or theme at Credit Week are you most looking forward to, and why?

The FCA update with Alison Walters.

What trend or development are you excited about in the credit/financial services sector?

AI’s continued adoption and its potential to enhance personalisation, streamline operations, and drive more customer-centric decisions.

What do you hope to take away from Credit Week 2026?

New connections, fresh perspectives, and those memorable conversations that will influence my thinking after the event.

What advice would you give to someone who’s starting their career in the industry?

Be curious. Listen to experienced colleagues, ask questions, and build your knowledge passionately.
