Jigsaw Conferences has arranged an allocation of rooms to be held at hotels near the venue, however, if you have a preferred hotel please let them know so they can negotiate the best rate. Rates quoted are per room per night with the choice of single/double occupancy including full English breakfast + VAT unless otherwise stated.

If you’ve sent us your badge details before the (THE DATE A WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT), you will be able to collect them. If this deadline is not met, the badges will need to be made in the morning of the event. N.B: Please be advised that this may involve a long delay at the desk as preference will be given to delegates collecting their badges on the day of the event.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS INSTRUCTIONS
If you would like to deliver your exhibition stand and/or collateral to the venue ahead of the set up time, please ensure they arrive no earlier than DAY BEFORE EVENT (the venue will not accept your items if they arrive earlier).
All goods need to have an official event label fully completed and attached to each parcel that is to be delivered to the venue. Please be advised that the venue cannot take responsibility for goods loaded in or out of their loading bay. Please ensure you have the details of the person dealing with your delivery in case of any issue.
The loading bay is open between the hours of XX.00am and XX.00pm.

INSERT ANY DELIVERY INSTURCTIONS THAT THE VENUE MIGHT PROVIDE
All items should be collected after the event on the XXX by your nominated courier. This needs to be organised by yourself and the details of the courier you will be using will need to be advised via e-mail to EVENT TEAM MEMBER. The venue has advised that items can be collected the next day but only before 10am. Items for collection will not be permitted to be left at the venue without a fully completed return label.
