Earlier this year we have undertaken a major piece of research, supported by TransUnion, gaining vital insights into technological developments and areas of focus.

It was determined early on that in order to achieve the granularity required, the survey should be broken down into the constituent sectors examined.

Once it was identified that those sectors were car finance, banking and alternative lending, utilities and telecoms and retail finance, questions were drawn up.
