David has been in various Operations and Customer service roles over a 30 year plus period. Starting work on the counter of social security offices in Cosham (Portsmouth) gave him a good grounding into customer service. He has worked in the financial services segment predominantly. He spent 18 years in Citibank based in Barcelona managing both regional Operations and global sales and retention programs in contact centres. More recently he worked at Wonga as the Group Head of Customer Services and Operations covering Poland, Spain, UK & South Africa before joining Moneybarn in January 2019. He has a passion for the Customer and has effected CX programs in both Citi & Wonga and has managed most elements of Operations and Customer Service at some point in his career.
