Collections & Vulnerability Awards 2025 opens for entries

The prestigious Collections & Vulnerability Awards, headline sponsored by Lantern, has announced its 2025 programme.

The distinguished ceremony - which recognises excellence in the financial services, and utilities and telecoms sector - will take place on October 15th at The Monastery in Manchester, marking its 19th year of celebrating industry achievement.

This year’s awards carry particular significance against the backdrop of enhanced Consumer Duty requirements and ongoing cost-of-living challenges. The programme will showcase organisations demonstrating exceptional standards in customer care and vulnerability support.

The awards feature more than 20 categories across financial services and utilities & telecoms sectors, recognising achievements in areas including technological innovation, customer vulnerability support, and sustainable transition. Winners will join an esteemed group of organisations setting new benchmarks in customer care and operational excellence.

The 2025 judging panel includes respected industry figures such as HSBC’s Faye Byrne, nPower’s Sharon Brimfield, Lloyds Banking Group’s Ian Worthington, and NewDay’s Steve Bevan.

Last year’s ceremony celebrated remarkable achievements, with Aldermore Bank winning Excellence in Customer Service, Octopus Energy securing Best Vulnerable Customer Support Team, and Money Advice Trust taking home two trophies for Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative - Financial Services and Excellence in Training.

For organisations, winning represents more than industry recognition – it’s an opportunity to demonstrate market leadership, enhance talent acquisition, strengthen customer confidence, and celebrate team achievements.

Early bird entries are welcomed until June 6th, with final entries accepted until July 11th.
