Credit Strategy, Shard Financial MediaDiversity takes centre stage as the awards shortlist is revealed
With this year’s Women and Diversity in Credit Awards nearly upon us, Credit Strategy is delighted to announce the unveiling of the awards shortlist!
Returning on 19th November 2025 to the Hilton London Bankside, the awards celebrate the exceptional individuals, teams, and organisations leading the way in diversity, equity, and inclusion across the credit and financial services industry.
Formerly the Women in Credit Awards, this reimagined programme now honours a broader range of voices and contributions, from trailblazing women to powerful allies, transformative leaders, and ground-breaking initiatives making inclusion a priority across the sector.
Taking place at the Hilton London Bankside, the evening will spotlight the outstanding achievements of professionals and companies working to drive systemic change, proving that diversity is not just celebrated, but embedded as a catalyst for innovation and progress.
After a detailed and independent review, the 2025 shortlist has been finalised, recognising excellence in over 20 categories, including new additions such as Equity & Inclusion Advocate of the Year, Inclusive Workplace Initiative, and Allyship Champion of the Year.
Finalists span a diverse cross-section of the industry, showcasing the leadership, collaboration, and purpose-driven impact transforming workplaces and customer experiences alike.

Each entry has been rigorously assessed by a panel of industry-leading experts and D&I champions, including Vikki Brownridge, CEO at StepChange Debt Charity, Matthew Jones, Head of Risk Decision & Data Science at Nationwide Building Society, Emma Wilson, Director – Customer Contact Centres at NewDay and many more representing a wide breadth of credit and finance expertise.
The Women and Diversity in Credit Awards are a celebration, but also a statement. Recognition here affirms that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to business excellence, customer trust, and future resilience.
The awards will follow a powerful day of insights at the Women and Diversity in Credit Conference, also at the Hilton London Bankside. Our reimagined event features two dynamic stages, high-impact keynotes, and mentoring sessions designed to empower future leaders across the credit and financial services landscape.
Whether you’re a finalist, sponsor, or guest, join us for the conference and awards on 19 November 2025 to honour those shaping a fairer, more inclusive financial services industry and to be part of the ongoing movement for lasting change.
