FAQ
Entries must be submitted online. Full details of how to submit your entry can be found on the enter page.
The credit industry deserves recognition for the excellence and continual innovation that is shown in every sector. This is your opportunity to show what your business is doing and the opportunity to be shortlisted, and potentially win, we will ensure that you receive recognition through promotion by the Awards. It will serve as a powerful boost for your business both externally but more importantly, internally amongst all your staff and colleagues who will be proud to know that they work for an award winning business.
The awards are open to any individual or company within the credit industry. If you see you a category you feel most suited to then please enter. Firms from any country in the world are free to enter. For full details on whether your organisation is suitable for a category, look into the category descriptions on awards you wish to enter.
Please allow sufficient time to complete your entry before the closing date. It should not take longer than a couple of hours to complete the form, however we would recommend that to ensure your entry is as strong as possible, the more time spent on preparation the better. You can save your entry and come back and update it online, so you do not need to submit it until you are happy with it. This year you can also email the entry to yourself or colleagues that may wish to add to the entry.
For every category you can supply up to two A4 pages of supporting documentation.
Please ensure you keep to these guidelines as anything else will be disregarded by the judges. Judges particularly like to see third party validation of any claims made within the entry.
There are separate criteria for each of the categories and this appears on the category pages. The underlying values associated with all the categories are business ethics, innovation and success.
All materials will remain confidential to the judges who are all under NDA. Winning case studies may be used in post-event materials to promote best practice but permission will be sought from entrants before publishing.
Multiple entries may be submitted. You may enter as many different categories as you are eligible for and there is no limit on the number of entries you may submit per category.
Entries for the 2020 Credit Awards are now open.
Entries usually cost £200 but are free of charge up until the 7 February 2020. The final entry deadline is 14 February 2020.
The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into after the judging. Due to the number of entries and the confidential process we are unfortunately unable to give feedback on to why an entry has not been included on the shortlist or didn’t win.
