Facilitated Buyers Programme
The Facilitated Buyers Programme provides structured meetings and event access under the following terms. These terms are separate from, and in addition to, Shard Financial Media’s standard Terms & Conditions.
Terms:
Commitment to Meetings

Participants must attend a minimum of three (3) meetings per day.

Failure to attend the required meetings without prior agreement will result in an invoice for the full ticket price relevant to your registration.
Replacements

If you cannot attend, you may nominate a replacement delegate.

The replacement must be of the same seniority or one level below.

A complimentary Credit Week ticket will be provided for the replacement delegate, if they are not already booked to attend the event.
Cancellations

If cancellation is unavoidable, this must be communicated in writing as soon as possible.

Failure to provide a suitable replacement will result in the full ticket price relevant to your registration being charged.
Data Protection (GDPR)
By registering, you consent to your personal data being used to facilitate meetings. You understand that your information will be shared with other participants, and you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
These terms are separate from Shard Financial Media’s standard Terms & Conditions and apply only to the Facilitated Buyers Programme.
