Scheduling 
ConnectIQ facilitates meetings but does not guarantee outcomes or the number of meetings arranged. 
 

Attendance

There is no penalty fee for not attending meetings. 

Participants are encouraged to attend scheduled meetings where possible.

If you are unable to attend, you should communicate directly with the person you were due to meet and Credit Strategy.

 

Replacements 
If you cannot attend, you may nominate a replacement delegate of similar seniority. 
 

Cancellations 

1. If cancellation is necessary, please communicate this in writing as soon as possible. 

     2. There is no cancellation fee; providing notice allows us to manage the matchmaking schedule effectively. 
 

Conduct 
ConnectIQ meetings are intended as introductory networking opportunities. All participants are expected to act in a professional and courteous manner. 
 

Data Protection (GDPR) 
By registering, you consent to your personal data being used to facilitate matchmaking meetings. You understand that your information will be shared with other participants, and you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy. 
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us in writing; however, this may affect our ability to provide the matchmaking service.
